I have the NeoTouch and it has a year warranty. I ripped my silicon (it’s so thin) and even though i still had one left (they give you two) I contacted them and they sent me out a whole new one! They have great customer service in my experience. Hope I’m not reeeeeeeaaaalllly late to tell you. xD Probably am….

Thanks for this info! I got an email from Verizon 3 weeks ago and requested that my private info NOT be shared. When I checked today it was set to “SHARE” private info! Of course I changed that.

People need to check this out on their account…and set it to their choice…not Verizon’s!!!

The VPN stopped saving my password when I updated to OS3.1. Horribly annoying. When I go to settings, the “Password” field is grayed-out. Is there a way around it, or is Apple being annoying to me?

Have years worth of info in a google calendar. Just purchased an iTouch. Works great to sync all that data to the iTouch calendar.

I just finished reading your review and I agree with you in most of the apps you mention.
Here are some other great apps for you to try and, perhaps, add to your list.

1.- Remote (free) – You can control Itunes directly from your Ipod/Iphone through Wi-Fi.

2.- Todo (paid) – Great way to organize your life.

3.- Yes.fm (free) – You get to listen to a bunch of radio stations classified by genres. ( If you dig jazz, You’ll love it)

4.- New York Times (free) – Yet, the best news app I’ve tried.

Love my vx8560 chocolate….. the best phone I’ve had ever….. I liked it so much that I guess subconsciously I wanted it just like new…. so I washed it in the washing machine….. CRAP!…… Put it in a bag with rice after 5 mins in the oven at 200 degrees. Next morning it powered up and is working….. only problem is the camera won’t capture and the picture is washed out, (hey that’s funny, washed out) anyway, of course I didn’t get insurance…. So, now on the hunt for a used vx8560 without water damage.
